Yes, actually!! Conscience gets a HUGE arc here.
The Mutation was inadvertently CAUSED BY HIM, as it was the aftereffects of a recalled panic rope he used to use.

The one seen in Episode 5.

It started off as just random electrical shocks that agonized and terrified him, but later on, it's revealed that they're radioactive.

But it's too late once they find out...

As for his claws, yes, they are tough and sharp, but he doesn't even feel comfortable being around people... much less in a fight.
He'd only break down and run off.

What are the Cons and Pros of Blockheads new mutanic transformation?

It's not permanent, but it's basically ONLY cons.
It slows down his movement, his hands are mostly useless, his vision is blurry and doubled, etc, etc.
And yes, he gets pissed off A LOT.

He's almost completely helpless. His only thing is that he vomits blood uncontrollably, and more visitors form from the gore.

ENA will have a few arcs, one of which being a confidence arc thanks to Salad Fingers, who is dating them

I know absolutely NOTHING, about Rinny,

how was she a villain in WTNG in the first place

She's from Pretty Blood; she's originally a psychopathic killer with no remorse.
In WTNG, Conscience is sent to the PB universe to confront and fight her.

What will Cassandra do after he sees Conscience?

She ends up doing a ritual to make him semi-physical, which allows him to move freely between his ghost-like and physical states. The only drawback is that it takes a while for him to learn how to switch physicalities and control some of the abilities, as they become more powerful.

I'm assuming that Bitey will have a character arc about him not wanting to be alone, and learning to be around people, even though there not his own species?
